Chicago Business Center Viz

Chicago Business Center required presentation materials to secure investment capital for the redevelopment of an existing building. The Machine generated two complex 3D visualization projects and helped compile a PowerPoint presentation for investors.

We produced a bird’s-eye view rendering for use in marketing materials.

A low-resolution 3D model geocoded within GoogleEarth provided an economical one-minute animation, taking investors on a fly-by tour through 9 pre-selected camera angles of the site. The tour highlights Chicago Business Center’s accessibility to I-55 and proximity to downtown Chicago.
