ComEd CN Ground Breaking

ComEd called upon the Machine to help organize a Ground Breaking Ceremony for its new, updated facilities being built on the same site as its existing Chicago North hub. The event featured a press conference with addresses by corporate leadership, multiple elected officials, and a union representative. A catered breakfast and lunch offered networking opportunities before and after the speeches and ceremonial breaking of ground.

The Machine worked with the team at ComEd over three months of planning to produce solutions for event layout, tent, stage, a/v and lighting, catering, decor, parking, security, facilities preparation, set up, registration, cleanup, and volunteers. We delivered design and print projects, including invitations, event signage, and customized giveaways.
