ComEd CTC Ground Breaking

ComEd called upon the Machine to help organize a Ground Breaking Ceremony for the new, state-of-the-art Chicago Training Center. The event featured a press conference with addresses by corporate leadership and multiple elected officials, preceded by a catered breakfast with networking opportunities.

The Machine worked with the team at ComEd over three months of planning to produce solutions for event layout, tent, stage, lighting, decor, and set up. We delivered design and print projects, including invitations, event signage, and customized giveaways.

We generated a general look and feel for this and all future ComEd Real Estate and Facilities events. Looking ahead to upcoming events, we devised signage solutions to reduce future costs. We invested in a 3-panel large-format stage backdrop. Following this ground breaking, we stored the frame and only reprinted certain cloth coverings for future events. Temporary way-finding parking signage and ComEd logo banners could also be stored and reused, with newly printed inserts as needed.
