About This Project
ComEd engaged the Machine to organize the Grand Opening for its new POWERING LIVES Community Center within the Chicago North Headquarters. The event featured morning coffee and pastries, a press conference with remarks by ComEd leadership, ribbon-cutting ceremony, a catered lunch, and tour of the community center.
Leading a cross-functional team at ComEd over two months of planning, we managed arrangements for tent layout, security, guest badging, and contracting local vendors for catering and florist needs. Creative project deliverables included designing, printing, and installing event signage and digital invitations.
