When AOFAS wanted to develop a new digital product, the Machine guided them through the project from planning, development, pricing, and promotion, through launch and follow-up. Karen consulted with the team at AOFAS and third-party vendors to develop and launch v1.0 of a searchable online library of medical research and presentations generated by surgeons for the medical community.
- Developed on SharePoint, including custom integrations with Abila netFORUM and Freestone
- A library of more than 2,200 documents and 150 hours of video
- Led regular conference calls with a sub-committee of physicians/members and staff for the planning and development of the Physician Resource Center (PRC)
- A marketing campaign to promote the product launch
- Generated business requirements and RFP for v2.0 to accommodate member-generated video content submissions with a workflow process involving review and approval before publication
